Depends what kind of porn you mean.

I cited an Edwardian pornographic novel, Sadopaideia (1907) in my dissertation.

And I read the works of De Sade for their philosophical content. I certainly don't find them arousing. In fact, parts of The 120 Days of Sodom made me slightly nauseous.

But, for the most part...

Brent, when I looked at porn I was using it as coping mechanism for the stresses of life. Instead of turning to God I turned to it, and though I was disgusted by it I still looked at it to the dull pain of life for a few minutes. It can't be used for good in any way.
