What are you watching???

Office Space (1999), streamed on Amazon Prime Video.

One of the best things Mike Judge has ever done. Nothing else has ever come close to mirroring the mind numbing, soul killing grind that has been my thirty-five year career in the tech industry the way that this movie does. Judge deserved a shelf full of Oscars for making this masterpiece.

Not so much the tech industry, but merely office work for me, and yeah, agreed.

For now, watching The Suicide Squad on Blu with possibly an eye to watching The Tower (Itv drama) later.

Yeah, I've spent my whole work life in offices and Office Space nearly killed me from laughing. And crying. And wondering what I've done with my life. :ack:

This past week, we watched Last Week Tonight, Doctor Who, Legends of Tomorrow, Batwoman, the last 2 episodes of season 3 of Doom Patrol, Young Justice, Nancy Drew, Star Trek: Prodigy, and more old episodes of Archer.

Today we watched the Supergirl series finale, this week's Nancy Drew, and right now the original Willy Wonka is on TV. Later will be Doctor Who and Last Week Tonight.

"Waiting for God" - second-funniest sitcom ever, and one of few where you really need to see the first couple of episodes before jumping about. Detail character setups, story arcs (done solidly enough), and other niceties started long before the 21st century - something I'd forgotten about...

The funniest is

Red Dwarf

...That's probably not very surprising :( ...

I got alot of binge watching catching up to do with Fear the Walking Dead. Finished Season 4 a couple of days ago.

Still have Seasons 5 and 6 to go through

We watched the first episode of Star Trek: The Animated Series last night, "Beyond the Farthest Star". So clever and fun! I definitely see the "pedigree" in Lower Decks and Prodigy. We'll keep going, I think, as we need something short sometimes.

Ooooh, I thought about watching that. Would you recommend it?

I'm rewatching some of the earlier seasons of the X Files. What s great show!
Yes, I would recommend it! I enjoyed them.

An America in Paris.

Gene Kelly is a god.
YES.

The only musicals I grew up watching were rock-based ones because my mom's a boomer. My hubby's mom is older, so he grew up watching classics - and eventually showed them to me. Including this one. :techman:
