They didn't change their names.
So they are not married, or they are difficult people.

That barely holds any water in 2018, never mind a few years down the road. They didn't change their names.

My wife didn't change her name two days ago. That barely holds any water in 2018, never mind a few years down the road.
My wife didn't change her surname when I got married, because she's well known in her field. I imagine two doctors in hundreds of years time would have a similar situation.
Dax was the symbiote's name, not her family name.Or Dax becoming “Jadzia Worf”
Fair point - Ezri’s last name was Tigan before she was joined to Dax.Dax was the symbiote's name, not her family name.
I don't recall any line that specifically mentioned that they were married. I guess I just assumed they were, because they got to share quarters (I wouldn't expect Starfleet to allow non-married couples to live together).
Has this been confirmed one way or the other?
Ok, well Jadzia didn’t become “Jadzia Dax-Worf”.

See I always wondered about that because Klingons were all like “the house of this or that”Worf isn't his family name.![]()
Would Worf’s surname have actually been “Mogh” or “Martok”?
Did they change the name of the house every generation? So the house of Mogh became the house of Worf?
That’s what confuses me - is the “name” in “son/daughter of [name]” the family (I.e. the House) name or the name of the immediate predecessor?Klingons don't have family names. It's always [name], son (or daughter) of [name].

... and mother of dragonsAccording to Memory-Alpha
Worf – son of Mogh, of the Klingon House of Martok, of the Human family Rozhenko; mate to K'Ehleyr, father to Alexander Rozhenko, and husband to Jadzia Dax; Starfleet officer and soldier of the Empire; bane of the House of Duras; slayer of Gowron; Federation ambassador to Qo'noS
It's probably up to whoever the head of the house is.

The House names seem to be a bit random really, they apparently don't have to reflect the current head of the House nor even a recent one.
CongratulationsMy wife didn't change her name two days ago.
