Interesting juxtaposition, Xena & Voyager. Both series featuring strong female roles and diminished male personalities. The male roles in Xena were either idiots or evil hunks. Made Voyager's male incompetence look respectable by comparison.

(Seriously, Chakotay can't figure out giving the Captain a physical after being interrogated by aliens until after she acts strangely)? I know, I know, no plot point; but sheesh, how strong can female roles be if they need male roles to first be weakened?

I particularly liked the Janeway section. And yes Voyager did NOT suck eggs. It is a wonderful show.

This is my first attempt at writing any sort of fanfic. I would appreciate any input, suggestions or constructive criticisms. It is a J/C story, with only the first chapter done so far. Later on, it will most likely fit the M rating, but at the moment it is T at most.

Somehow I've missed this vid over the years. I love the Xena vid to this song and wondered if anyone had done a OUaT version, so I went searching. Didn't fine it for Charming and Snow... (Or Regina & Emma ) but I DID find one for Voyager.

It's not really Fanfic, but more of a joke between my husband and I came up with about Seven of Nine and the Omega episode. We wondered if she had a "Omega is my Co-Pilot" bumper sticker on a shuttle, or a "What Would Omega Do?" bracelet. Or "Borg right the first time" t-shirt.
