I didn't notice this when watching the episode, they even kept the lighting shining through the grating over the turbo lift entrance
They repeated the same pattern over the entire bridge as well.DSC actually went more primitive with the multicolored indicator lights! On TOS even as far back as 1964 they blinked individually and were dynamic. These look like backlit cels or transparencies.
