Love you too, LC, even when you're wrong. Between 1973 and 1976 there was a true phenenemon where Star Trek got its fire that spread across the planet. It was never really covered in the content of what appeared on screen. It was a social movement that I pity the younger generation for having missed. Those of us who lived through the days when anyone could say "Beam me up, Scotty," and it resonated in popular culture ... those were the glory days of Trek. Nothing Enterprise is doing even comes close to the mass appeal that TREK was able to generate back then.
