The title of the new series

Star Trek : Columbo

The adventures of the Federation's top homicide detective.

Kate Mulgrew has a reoccurring role as Mrs. Columbo.

My guess is...

Star Trek: YORKTOWN

Just because it's the ship name Roddenberry was first going to use during TOS and it would be a nice nod to him.
;)

My guess is it'll be simple but not "Star Trek" to keep people from confusing it with the movie of the same name.

Star Trek: Frontier (saw this one earlier. Seems like a good one.
Star Trek: Universe
Star Trek: Galaxy
Star Trek: "Ship name here"

I see where you going with this and it's a good possibility but the issue I have with it I that when anyone talks about Star Trek (2009), they have to refer to it as "Star Trek (2009)". Its an implied subtitle and I would rather have the series just name itself rather than have some implied subtitle lake Star Trek 2017 or NuTrek (like how people call it NuWho).

Star Trek: Dinosaur Squad.

I'm not sure if they are Dinosaurs, or they specialize in going to planets still dominated by dinosaurs, either way, Dinosaurs are cool.

Star Trek: The Voth War

The Voth return to Earth to reclaim their original home. Of course under the Trek mentality the loss of Earth would lead to the collapse of the Federation, I mean its not like there aren't 150+ other races that are members, not to mention the thousands of colonies and outposts

The Trekking Dead
Gary/Seven (the teaming up of Gary Mitchell and Seven of Nine)
Se7en of Nin9 (after becoming a detective on the New New York Colony, Seven is faced with a serial killer only she can catch)
Star Trek: Brave New World
Stark Trek (follows the many trials and tribulations of the Stark family, starring Sean Bean [in a redshirt obviously])
Star Trek: New Horizon / Distant Horizon / Dark Horizon
Star Trek: Stargazer (not Picard's ship, but one launched in her honour)

ST: GITU (Star Trek: Girls In Their Underwear).

Every week the girls from Victoria Secret's "angel squad" explore the galaxy, fight for justice, and have long steamy showers.

1. That sort of low grade porn was only necessary when high grade porn, or girlfriends, were impossible to get hold of, but now, in the future, because of the internet and prostitution, both are a very simple business arrangement, that one doesn't have to wait till 8.30 on a Wednesday to see a hint of side boob. Seriously can you imagine that it's 1977 and some 14 year old boy is trying to jerk off to Charlie's Angels while his parents were intermittently in and and out of the tv lounge? I think the reason I envy women most is that they can masturbate in public, handsfree, without anyone noticing. Men need a bunker. Like the one Hitler killed himself in, but still somehow, it's a mans world.

2. Females are a desirable and usable demographic for sponsors to plumb. The sexual exploitation of women is a turn off to straight women, and leaves lesbians a sweaty puddle of conflicting desires, responses and triggers.

3. That was Enterprise. Been there, done that, move along. Did they sell the decon gel in real life as a "toy"?

How pathetic

It's called punctuation.

1. I actually edited that. "Hate" was the word I first used there instead of "envy". Woman can masturbate in public in full view of everyone, with no outward sign that anything sexual is happening. I'm almost always being persecuted by women for my thoughts when there's a 50/50 chance, that that woman is masturbating while checking out the sexy man behind me.

2. Lesbians and the Lesbian adjacent, are prideful that they do not want to be dominated or manipulated sexually by men as much as no one wants to be dominated or manipulated sexually by person or persons they don't want to be dominated or manipulated sexually by, but that's just common sense. Lesbians and the lesbians adjacent however are sexual beings who are after sex or love, but unfortunately (because they are humans) they like (near)porn and semi naked women in compromising lewd situations about not having enough money to pay the Pizza delivery Girl as much as straight men do, when a girlfriend is hard to come by or out of town for a month, even if they hate themselves for liking it. However soft and respectful the pornlike stimulus they use for alone time, there's someone against that porn because they're stuffy.

They are what they hate, unless they can lust without objectification, which is a short bus ride to asexuality?

Should I have said emotional puddle?

Unless a very fine line is walked, or a magnificent air of hypocrisy is assumed, lesbians and the lesbian adjacent are caught in one of those logic loops that used to make computers from 1960s SYFY serials blow up when they couldn't reconcile two opposing truths.

Actually "sweating" was also an edit, I had used the word "conflicting" twice on the same line, and even then I still meant that it was like they were trying to solve a really hard maths problem, and not that they were flush from an orgasm. That's on you.
