It could be an Enterprise corridor without all the red trim. Or even on another Starfleet vessel.
It's smaller than it was on Discovery, they removed the corridor behind the consoles.Like the uniforms, the bridge still looks huge.
...they removed the corridor behind the consoles.
There are still two turbolifts on the bridge so that ties into the theory this is an earlier bridge module predating Kirk's.
I'm sorry, that just doesn't make a lot of sense to rip out a safety redundancy for five years then put it back in sometime towards the end of the mission. A lot of tap dancing to see it all as the same thing.
It reappears during TAS so...it comes back before 2270.
Starfleet changes uniforms every time someone farts. They're very spastic.![]()
Like it or not, in three or four years, Paramount will be looking at what's in their cabinet of properties that can be exploited next and there will be a remake of TOS. Then we'll have the apocalyptic canon wars on whether TOS still counts, even though it will be in the process of actively rewritten and people still swearing that TOS is canon because CBS says so.![]()
If they do, it won't be in the Prime Timeline. They've been very protective of not overwriting any story points.Like it or not, in three or four years, Paramount will be looking at what's in their cabinet of properties that can be exploited next and there will be a remake of TOS. That would have looked terrible. It looked cheap in Enterprise, it would have looked even cheaper in this. And I wish they'd taken the "In A Mirror Darkly" route with the design and just one-upped it
It looked cheap in Enterprise...
Like I guessed from the new transporter room, they've gone for more of a Kelvinverse colour scheme. That's our first look at the new corridor set right? They look similar to the redressed Discovery corridors, but I miss all the red.
