It could be an Enterprise corridor without all the red trim. Or even on another Starfleet vessel.

It's smaller than it was on Discovery, they removed the corridor behind the consoles.
There are still two turbolifts on the bridge so that ties into the theory this is an earlier bridge module predating Kirk's.
I'm sorry, that just doesn't make a lot of sense to rip out a safety redundancy for five years then put it back in sometime towards the end of the mission. A lot of tap dancing to see it all as the same thing.
But the corridor didn't GO anywhere. It just offered another way to get off the bridge proper and sneak behind a console to get to the lift. I don't think any other doors were seen on DSC?

It reappears during TAS so...it comes back before 2270.
That's why I said it comes back sometimes towards the end of the mission.
It still doesn't make any sense for it to go from two, to one, back to two.
Starfleet changes uniforms every time someone farts. They're very spastic. 
Maybe the team tasked with refitting the bridge checked the door usage logs, realised that the second turbolift had only been used twice in the last five years and decided they could make a better use of the space. Then years later a different team with stronger feelings about redundancies put the second turbolift back.

Like it or not, in three or four years, Paramount will be looking at what's in their cabinet of properties that can be exploited next and there will be a remake of TOS. Then we'll have the apocalyptic canon wars on whether TOS still counts, even though it will be in the process of being actively rewritten and people still swearing that TOS is canon because CBS says so.
Nope. And I wish they'd taken the "In A Mirror Darkly" route with the design and just one-upped it but we are where we are. And at least a bridge module explains the bridge.

That would have looked terrible. It looked cheap in Enterprise, it would have looked even cheaper in this.
Enterprise was just pure fan service (like most of Season 4). it would never work for an entire series.
My hope is that they have the sense to play into fan nostalgia and have Strange New Worlds end with something like a clip of Leonard Nimoy and William Shatner on the classic bridge. I mean at that point it doesn't matter if new viewers turn the series off in disgust at how dated it looks, they've already seen it all!
Oh bullshit. If you don't like the design just say you don't like the design. The Defiant looked fucking slick. I wish the current TPTB had a quarter of the creativity that the TOS folks had.
Like I guessed from the new transporter room, they've gone for more of a Kelvinverse colour scheme.
