We see the Reliant’s registry number on a chart in TOS. That ship has already departed.
Yes, but did it look like what we saw in TWOK when it was originally built, or was it refit like the TMP Enterprise?

No, but Spock was referring to them in the "sneak peek" clip, I suspect: a drone squadron, newly delivered to the Romulan border outposts.I can see how that might work, but if so, who do all those other blocky looking ships belong to? they don't remind me of anything in "Balance of Terror".
The Nebula type Connie is likely the USS. Farragut.Pretty sure someone from the show mentioned the Farragut in an interview.
I really hope they don't retcon the Reliant as a TOS era ship, I HATE the fandom idea that the Miranda class was refit from something that looked TOS…
It was just distorted from the camera angle, they say that in the videoTrekyards had a graphic that made its secondary hull a bit more beefy
Are you going to post the USS Peregrine data screen here or would you like me to host it from imgur? It was just distorted from the camera angle, they say that in the video
She is the same sizes as the TOS Connie's, which make Them Sombra class starships now. I'm guessing about 1/4 or 1/3 smaller in sizes then the Star Trek Strange New Worlds Connie's.
The overall length given is 442m, which is the length of the RetConnie. She is the same sizes as the TOS Connie's
Well what they put as the length is wrong. The Sombra class is 246.3 meters in length. Even if you add the primary hull. the secondary hull and the nacelles together. It add to 407.8 meters. The overall length given is 442m, which is the length of the RetConnie.

edit: Lmao they uh accidentally put the length in the width section. or they accidentally wrote Width instead of Length.
the lengths for the Secondary Hull and Nacelles are from the TOS Tech Manual section for the Connie, they weren't updated
The Peregrine was not smaller than the Enterprise in the towing scene. This display is wrongWell what they put as the length is wrong. The Sombra class is 246.3 meters in length. Even if you add the primary hull. the secondary hull and the nacelles together. It add to 407.8 meters.
Yeah the width of both ships did look the same in the towing scene. The Peregrine was not smaller than the Enterprise in the towing scene. This display is wrong
They most likely didn't have proper measurements to put on it so they just grabbed ones from the TOS Tech Manual.
The layout is similar to the Spec display for the Enterprise in DSC S2E1, probably just grabbed it from there. That display also used the TOS Tech Manual numbers.
I went and double everything. Which make the length now at 450.2 metersThe Peregrine was not smaller than the Enterprise in the towing scene. This display is wrong

It's 442. Ignore the other numbers on the screen.I went and double everything. Which make the length now at 450.2 meters
Yeah, They just screwed up the Width & Length wording placement. It's 442. Ignore the other numbers on the screen.
