So is this like a regular sized Nova class and those are just weird lights on the saucer rim and sides of the ship or is this a massive Nova with a three deck saucer rim, lol.
I still say it looks like an Inquiry class from that angle, tho obviously too small.

I don't think it was a "Demotion", it was sending T'Lyn to a organization that fit her way of thinking and behavior.And the captain of the Sh'Vahl clearly didn't think much of the Federation either, given how he chose to "demote" T'Lyn by ordering her transferred to a Starfleet vessel.
