The Most Disliked Episode of TNG, Finals - 2025 Edition...

Except "Bloodlines". I don't think it's gotten a single vote in the Finals yet.
For damn good reasons too and I'm not about to change that.

The Price is getting my vote this round as the strongest of this...lot.

"We'll Always Have Paris" - 1
"Up The Long Ladder" - 1
"Samaritan Snare" - 1
"The Price" - 2
"Suddenly Human" - 1
"Bloodlines" - 0

I haven't watched any of these in a LONG time (WAHP and SS only once each when they first aired here in the UK), so my vote goes to the one I can remember the most of and wouldn't be averse to watching again: "Suddenly Human". (I might go and give "Samaritan Snare a rewatch now, but only for the Lower Decks connection.)

"We'll Always Have Paris" - 1
"Up The Long Ladder" - 1
"Samaritan Snare" - 2
"The Price" - 2
"Suddenly Human" - 2
"Bloodlines" - 0

By this stage, there's one I dislike a lot, and the others tend to be meh. It's a great temptation to wait to vote for whichever of the meh episodes looks most likely to be eliminated but that's not in the spirit of the game.

So...I shall fail to assist the current tie by voting for "We'll Always Have Paris" because I quite like the "Mannheim Effects".

"We'll Always Have Paris" - 2
"Up The Long Ladder" - 1
"Samaritan Snare" - 2
"The Price" - 2
"Suddenly Human" - 2
"Bloodlines" - 0

Samaritan Snare definitely shows the crew in a stupid light, but I can't help but love the Pakleds.

We'll Always Have Paris" - 2
"Up The Long Ladder" - 1
"Samaritan Snare" - 3
"The Price" - 2
"Suddenly Human" - 2

Y'all sure we can't have a 5-way tie?

Oh very well, then. .I'm saving "We'll Always Have Paris" because of the sci-fi aspect and, yeah, it is a better alternative story than the TOS entry that may have been a possible influence ("The Alternative Factor").

We'll Always Have Paris" - 2
"Up The Long Ladder" - 0
"The Price" - 1
"Suddenly Human" - 1
"Bloodlines" - 0

Sadly, I can't get behind any of these that already have votes. It's kind of a toss-up between the other two. I'll go with "Up The Long Ladder" for having a fair amount of brilliantly stupid inadvertent comedy.

"We'll Always Have Paris" - 2
"Up The Long Ladder" - 1
"The Price" - 2
"Suddenly Human" - 1
"Bloodlines" - 0

Needed one of the test tube racks to turn into Odo, then have him grab Riker and tell him "killing your own clone is still murder!"

We'll Always Have Paris is the strongest remaining. In my opinion there were worse episodes in S1.

We'll Always Have Paris" - 3
"Up The Long Ladder" - 1
"The Price" - 2
"Suddenly Human" - 1
"Bloodlines" - 0
