See Post #3, above. I think some new people are arriving, having just seen the trailer for the first time. Now, no offense, but didn't we talk about the Klingon helmets at length already?

That appears to be late 24th century ceremonial prison-guard head armor or something similar in function. Perhaps this is what some Klingon executioners wear in the Picard era?

* They are fron TNG era. Enterprise 4th season show how the Klingon loose the curved head for a couple of generations in TOS era. It´s canon!!

Yes. I know. But by the Picard era every Klingon we see with the sole exception of the surgically-altered Arne Darvin("Trials and Tribbleations")has head ridges. So the ENT-TOS genetic mutation is moot by the Nero's time.
Why does everyone seem so confident that these Klingons are from the 24th century? I haven't seen or heard anything to suggest that the TNG era is ever shown in the movie.

Doesn't mean there aren't still perhaps just a small minority of Klingons in the 24th century who still suffer from the disease. I know it isn't canon, but the IDW comic Blood Will Tell shows ridgeless Klingons still around circa 2293, the time of ST VI.
Jingle Bells...Batman smells...Robin laid an egg...the Batmobile lost a wheel...and the Joker got away.

Ummm, you've remembered incorrectly. "Egg" doesn't even rhyme with "away".
It's "Robin flew away" and, instead of the Joker line, it's "All on Christmas Day".

Simple.
Star Trek: Countdown comics that will start to be released in January are (now confirmed) Post-Nemesis that involves Nero and elder Spock (which leads up to the opening moments of the new film, confirmed.) Then you have older Nimoy-Spock, post Nemesis, following Nero back in time in his timeship. Then TrekMovie confirming a while back that the new movie starts Post-Nemesis.
Enough to suggest anything yet?
