Could be related the DNS provider changes that EricF made after the outages last week.
There's a good reason why the IT industry line "even when it's not DNS it's DNS" is very true.

I would have to convince those people in the central and northern electorates to change to Labor. Of the current 13 Liberal members od the House Of Assembly only a total of 4 are from the 2 southern electorates.

I have some friends in that area. Not sure how they voted, but I have a feeling that at least one of them will be happy. I know she was disappointed with the result regarding the election last year.
supposedly even the dreckfest that is skynews has banished him but as Paul Barry pointed out on Mediawatch, time will tell.

paul murray is such a mongrel I doubt he'll have any problems with latham coming back.
ideally he should be punted from the parliament (and both chambers have the ability to do that) otherwise barring and act of god, the vile bastard is there for 8 years.
Last time latham went beyond the pale he resigned before anything could be done and ran for the upper house.
Do you think Latham was always this way but hid many of his views when he was Leader of the Opposition or do you think he developed bizarre beliefs as he grew older?
I think the latter, people just don't change suddenly overnight like that.
