This only shows how important gun control is. Imagine if he had been armed with a gun instead of a knife. One of the bystanders who brought him down was armed with a chair, another with a milk crate.
Two women were stabbed, one dying due to stab wounds and her neck being sliced. That one was a sex worker. No motive yet but the guy escaped from a mental hospital.
True. There is a meme going around social media about this. The whole situation is rather horrible. I feel sorry for the young lady's family & friends, who was died. I shared it - not knowing the full story.

I dunno. I think it's a good decision, but my son made the point that maybe Pell didn't actually do what he is accused of, but is paying for the definite coverup of other priests, which I have zero problem with. Then again, the reviewing judges still came down on it, so maybe he did do it. I always question myself over decisions like this, since the media convinced me Lindy Chamberlain did it (I was young and naive).
