It's cheap and weirdly cast, but after they killed that fuck Michael from Lost in the pilot... I really hate that guy. There was an impressive upswing in almost everything as the people behind the camera and in front of the camera learned how to do their jobs.
Since when did vampires start eating humans? Dean and Sammy looked bored in their roles. There was no need to bring back Sheriff Donna. I did not care for this episode at all.
I thought this one was a lot of fun. I would definitely be up for a Sheriffs Donna and Jodi show.
I do agree that there hasn't been much of an overall arc since Dean was brought back from the dark side, but I've still enjoyed the episodes overall. I did kind of miss Cass and Crowley this week though.

It was to do with their "use every part of the animal" philosophy, though since they live on blood alone, maybe the meat was for another purpose?
A decent episode, especially the shot of Jodi grinning with blood on her face. The "comedy" wasn't great. The weakest point was the vampires, unfortunately. Hippie vampires could be an interesting concept, but the monologuing just wasn't up to it.
Come on, these boys need a mission!

Well, I hope that was the last we get to see of Claire; she's annoying and not too bright.
I also hope the plot with Crowley's Mum, Rowena, finally gets moving because it makes Crowley look rather dim-witted to not see how she's playing him. I hope he skewers her at the end of it all.
Off to the Supernatural Convention this weekend; I hope to pick up some news about what's in store for the rest of this season.

This week's episode was pretty lackluster. I enjoyed Crowley and his mother but the rest of the show felt pretty thin. Metatron's cryptic comment about seeking out the source of the Mark (aka Cain) has me looking forward to the return of the Bearded Bad-Ass himself, Timothy Omundson.
I confess that I was nodding off at points in the episode so I may have missed crucial details, but it was left rather opaque why those two scumbags that Cas' daughter hooked up with kept sharing sinister looks as she was talking about Dean.
Did I miss something? Were those two just super-eager to beat someone to death based on the claims of a young girl they had only recently met? What was their goal in this situation, kill Dean in broad daylight at a park, in full view of passing joggers?
