No, I liked it, too.
Yay for Bobby! I love seeing him again. I also loved Sam and Castiel finally DOING something. I was sitting there, thinking, "Take his grace!" and they did.
I'm glad Mommie Dearest got the boot; Crowley should have killed her on the spot.

I thought Bobby would have a more prominent role other than breaking Metatron out of prison. But it was still nice to see the actor again.

I don't think any of them realize that they are confined. I remember another character-maybe it was Ash or Pamela--talking about rock concerts and parties. So they have a "world," but it's their perfect world. As everyone has a different definition of perfect, everyone gets his or her own little universe. In their universe, there are other people, presumably, especially if there are concerts and parties.
We actually got some nice movement on the stories this week.

I don't know. Technically, heaven is open again--there's a portal--so I wonder if that allows the spirits in? I don't recall if they ever addressed that.
What happens if someone cuts Dean's arm off?
The mark could be attached to his soul? What we see on his skin is the superficial tip of the curse's iceberg?
Given its mystical nature, I'm presuming the mark is more attached to Dean himself than specifically his arm. Remove the arm and it'll just move to another part of his body. It's certainly something Crowley would have thought of, if nothing else.
