Spoilers "Superman & Lois" Season 1 spoiler discussion!

Who are those two sporting the House of El sigil?

The uniforms make me think that they are not civilians, but if there are thousands of houses on Krypton or Argo City, the house sigil doesn't make a lot of sense.

(sorry) on Daxam/new Daxam/a colony of Daxam, there was probably Kryptonians who were caught between worlds when Krypton blew up... What the Nazis did, with branding and patching, so that "real" people don't have to be worried when confronted by anyone alien passing for a Daxamite.

Human defense force workers assigned to support Superman during an emergency or super powered conflict?

Robots Clark built... Is that his dad? His black dad? Either Lara has some 'splaining to do, or kryptonian dna works differently. Robots, I was going to say robots.

The Zod family is black on the series Kypton, but white on that one episode of Supergirl. Did we see a Zod flash back on Superman and Lois last year?

Eh, I'll probably start a Season 2 thread closer to the premiere. For now, we're still in ramp-up territory.

Here's another new promo, with the cast commenting on Season 1 and a short new clip of Irons and Natalie:

EW.com names "A Brief Reminiscence In-Between Cataclysmic Events" one of the best TV episodes of the year:
We've seen Clark Kent and Lois Lane fall in love many times on-screen at this point, and yet Superman & Lois still managed to make its take on their love story feel fresh and compelling. Picking up in the aftermath of a rather busy episode, "A Brief Reminiscence" jumps back in time to reveal what happened after Clark left Smallville when he was 16 and his eventual arrival in Metropolis, where he debuted as Superman and met his future wife at the Daily Planet. The show treats Clark and Lois' first meeting (which was teased in the premiere), investigative reporting dynamic, and courtship with so much care that you can't help but fall in love with them falling in love, especially because of Hoechlin and Tulloch's winning chemistry. The episode is filled with so many great moments, from the return of the retro Superman suit, to Lois' thoughtful take on the downside of Superman coverage and their first interview. There's a big tonal shift in the back half of the episode that could easily feel rather jarring with the sweet romcom that came before, but somehow it all works because the show's concern with family ties it all together.

Amen to all of that!

Is Jenna Dewan the first actor besides Tyler Hoechlin, Bitsie Tulloch, and David Ramesey to reprise their character from another Arrowverse show?

The Legends were on Superman & Lois? I don't remember that, and I'm pretty sure I didn't miss any episodes, and that's the kind of thing I would definitely remember if I saw it.

I think Guy read the question wrong.

Found this clip of the scene where Clark reveals his Superman identity to his kids but rescored with the classic John Williams' Superman theme. It works really well IMO.
