Until the very end, where the headline says that they make peace with each other. Anyway, I'm sorry I even brought it upThat is an interesting interpretation, considering they are literally fighting each other in that video.

Certainly not, but one might believe it was going to be from the desperate, pre and early release hype flung at social media platforms, despite the fact the Gunn film--one with more advertising than most superhero films since Endgame, and top loaded with a number of superhero co-stars and his most known villain--still failed to surpass a film over a decade old at the box office. It says much that a film so bloated failed to be some revelatory take on the character (pretty much promised) and how to launch a film universe.I think youre right. Supes isnt a billion dollar man.

Perhaps someone will make a great Superman movie capable of earning your theorized billion dollars a few generations down the line, but its not happening with what's offered now.
To me its not a great start if the studio is planning on huge profits.
Only if you leave some of the movies off your list. Each movie during phase one made LESS than the previous movie. The hail mary was seeing them all together the next year

You left out Iron Man 2 ($624 million) and a little movie called The Avengers, which made one and a half billion.
Well some people might have tuned out/ not watched "Thor" so they'd be a bit lost with who this smirking guy with a british accent coming to earth is all about. One of the things about those early MCU films is that they drew in many people who never thought they'd like a super-hero movie, and it was long before people believed they needed to do "homework" to see a Marvel movie.
