Well, if they were all the same person/AI, that would mean that Dream Girl is not the first transwoman on the show, killing Brainiacs 1 though 7 right "now" would stop Brainiac 8 from destroying Krypton in the past, or failing that Brainic 8 would not have dragged Kara into the Phantom Zone for 26 years.
Looks like the new suit is an extention of the technology behind the anti-kryptonite armor from last season, in that it materializes over the wearer.
I'm not sure why the delighted exclamation of, "Pants?!?" in a tone usually reserved for, "Potstickers?!?" I mean, if pants are so awesome in-story, why has Kara voluntarily worn a skirt for four years?
This new suit also presumably means the end of the classic shirt-rip, which is sadmaking.

She probably only owns 15 percent of the planet becuase that's where she felt comfortable to stop.
She doesn't want Kara to die, just to feel the (emotional) pain from being betrayed by her bosom friend.
Win put her in a skirt because he has a cheer leader fetish, or just likes to look at Kara's legs, becuase men are disgusting. Or there's the Ma Kent (The Lois and Clark pilot) reasoning "No ones going to be looking at your face if you're wearing that honey". Hells, she can't even fly backwards without flashing her undies.
Brainiac... Skirts are outlawed in the 23rd century for being too sexist?
