It could be fun but would either split the show or limit her involvement. Also, would this be after the Obsession incident?
Memory Alpha places that in '57. So, maybe.
I'd like to think the last episode of the series has her promoted to Captain and she takes La'an as her first officer, along with Erica and Pelia. Could be the basis of a series of novels or comic books. I'd like the characters to continue on in some way or another.

You know I never thought there was a particularly strong resemblance between Anson Mount and Jefferey Hunter as Christopher Pike. (Way more than Bruce Greenwood, of course.)

While this isn't really the same thing you're referring to, your post did remind me these days whenever I read an old novel featuring Pike, despite the fact the authors obviously based their depiction of him on Jeffrey Hunter, my mind defaults to Anson Mount. And the damnedest part is, imagining Anson Mount there absolutely works, other than the occasional reference to Pike's dark hair.

Actually Future Guy who is just Archer in the future is the Charlie since nobody knows who he is. Pike is the Bosley.

Charlie over the ships intercom. "Okay Angels. Starfleet gave me a mission for you three girls and you Captain Pike. . You Angels have to go undercover as bikini contestants for a bikini contest on Risa to gain the trust of a corrupt Bolian businessman holding this contest to sale illegal Lobi Crystals. In order to catch him in act you have pretend to be interested in him and make it seem like you really want to win the contest. "Christopher you will provide support by making sure all their hotel rooms are paid for and they have official credentials as Bikini contest professionals ?"
Christopher "Looks like I have the hard part. Don't worry girls. I will see that your needs are taken care of."
Una. "We trust you Captain. Chapel "Make sure my bikini doesn't itch" La-an "Captain. we won't let you down"
"Future Guy/Archer/Charlie "Looks like your guys are ready to go. Good luck team."
