I think that date may have also appeared in some older source, but I could be wrongHappy launch day! April 11, 2245 is the day the 1701 was launched, according to her bridge plaques.
The Trek franchise seems to have an odd fixation with April. Other examples include First Contact Day being April 5, which would later become the date of the Synth attack on Mars. The NX-01 was launched in April 2151, and the anniversary of its launch would later become the holiday Frontier Day, of which the Borg launch an attack on in the final season of Picard. Then of course there's Robert April.
Holy crap! Never noticed any of these things but yeah...The Vulcan lirpa is an anagram of April. In fact, it's April backwards!![]()
Also, according to the old fan published USS Enterprise Officer's Manual, April 11 is Captain Pike's birthday.
His birthday and the Enterprise's are the same!
May you find your way as pleasant. Both have incredible hair.
Random Instagram posts of food I know nothing about?Paul is back in Toronto. You know what that means!
That the reason Kirk is given command of the Enterprise was because they knew he'd be there all the damn time anyway. You know what that means!
What mad genius did this? It's perfect!
Even her hull textures aren't too bad. It's how they light the ship that gives it that very metallic look. What mad genius did this? It's perfect!
BTW that cover proves yet again that the shape of the Disco-prise is not nearly as egregious as her texturing.
I'm still gonna celebrate, though.Like there was any doubt.
