I didn't like the idea of making the Gorn the big bad for the series. So I am happily surprised by their absence in the all the episodes so far this season (except for the brief mention in the first episode). I doubt we will see any singing Gorn next week, so. I guess the season finale will be all about them.

I don’t think so?? At least from my 30 second preview. It sounds like La’an and Spock singing her saying they won’t miss the singing something like that.

I really hope the finale is an hour long just like Season 1 cause there's scenes from the trailer like Pike and Ortegas in the shuttle and Batel on an away mission and her seeing a Gorn ship break through the atmosphere that still need to be seen.
