While much of SNW doesn't work for me within the context of TOS, I do include Spock being very protective of his Mama as part of the character's core. Much like how I incorporated the Star Trek (2009) origin of McCoy's nickname into the larger tapestry that applies across all variations.

In the city itself. My wife taught at CWV, later to become MSU, then later to lose its accreditation and shut down years after we left. I lived in a neighborhood east of Kanawha Street, near the Register-Herald building and within walking distance of the public library and downtown. For the first eight months of our tenure, coinciding with the storms of the Winter of early 1995 we lived up on Maxwell Hill. It was not fun driving down the winding roads when they were still ice-covered if you were raised a flatlander from Tidewater like me.
My daughter, who was one year old when we moved there, has a hint of Appalachian in her accent with her pronunciation of the word "kooshball" as "kooshbawl." I could never quite replicate the pronunciation of the short i sound in words like "hills" in the local accent. (It's still a one syllable word, but the i starts off like a long e but slides into the standard short i sound in the middle, like "hee-ills" but mushed together as a single syllable.)

Multiple Tellarite Commanders. At lease by rank stripe. I've seen a few in both gold and red. Must fit the already made costume.
There was also a Caitian female that looked a lot like M'ress and a member of the Skorr/Aurelian species, both in the shuttle bay before Uhura's space walk.
i guess they could have brought back characters from both the original series and next generation in the deep space 9 movies and the voyager movies but as clones of the younger verisons and or holograms of the younger verisons heck and or maybe even android younger verisons

Wonder what ship? Una's first command? Kirk's first command?
Also, is it just me or does it look different? The floors are grey instead of black, but I'm trying to figure out if they had simply already removed a layer of flooring.

Budget cuts for the 2263 fiscal year. No more resources for Red Alert lights, so the Captain's chair has to substitute.
