Neither are the Discovery Season 2 plaque. That one was black/grey and had different text.

The one on the left almost looks like it has the Late TOS Movie era to TNG era style rows of names instead of a big box of names like ENT and DSC.

The 1701 model at the Paley Center premiere had two plaques, which appear to match those from your screenshot. Looks like one for ceremonial/brass recognition, and one for ship specs.

It's a small thing, but I love the whole 'polished aluminum' look to all the spacecraft; it's a really subtle but effective way of harnessing retro aviation aesthetic and old tin-foil sci-fi.
