I actually didn't know that, I was thinking more of people like David Warner. Yes, I know he was a Klingon in a movie, not an episode, but I wasn't really being that specific.

Jade being cast makes me think that she'll be destined for the Power Battery and ring rather than being a Metahuman like she is in the comics.

Yeah, after all the set up with battery in season one, it would make sense for her to get them. It would be weird to have all of that set up, and then introduce a GL character, and not give her the battery.
