Maybe you should stay on the vineyard with your endless Picard bashing.

I'm not bashing anything. If you think Picard huffing and puffing at the age of 96 up a flight of stairs is stronger then what he was able to physically do I'm tng or the movies I guess that's your opinion. I think he was stronger and more commanding in tng. That's my opinion.

So did anyone notice the picture that Pike held of him and Captain April? They were both wearing uniforms from The Cage.

THIS ISN'T THE PICARD FORUM! HOW DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND THAT?

I still haven't found a still picture of Pike and April on their Cage era uniforms. Does anyone have a screen cap off that? It was at the end of the episode.

I actually wanted to see more of the dog. Number one could have been a main for season 2. Well there is always season 3.
unfortunately that’s actually Patrick’s dog and he’s not a dog actor, he was difficult to work with.

no! Please post a cap!

I haven't found one yet. it's so cool though. So it puts the old cage uniforms into canon now. It looks like a picture of when April was still captain. I'm my own canon I now think that once the cage was done went go the blue jumpers for for short period then went to the classic red, blue and yellow. I can live with that.

I wonder how much effort went into making that photo?
I'm guessing they put both kf them into makeshift shirts. They probably weren't the best quality. It is a nice call back and I caught it in the first viewing. It looks better in the actual episode. It really helped my canon uniform issues.

No chance they are actual Cage ones? I have no idea if they kept things like that for posterity but would be cool if they did get them from a collection and used the originals.

Quiet of mercy was a good episode but it could have been better. It reminded me of a toned down adaption of Yesterday's Enterprise. Paul Wesley was not a good choice for Kirk. He almost ruined the episode.

I know 7 years does not seem long enough but I would have loved to have seen some characters look a lot older.

Honestly, the only way to make a sense of uniforms in the CBS trek era is to say that there are always concurrent designs in active service. This solves neatly any conflict and allows for multiple uniforms to be used at the same time.

Hey Jack. Here is link. I can't seem to cut and lsst the photo on my phone. It's a pretty cool Easter egg though. Enjoy.

Probably not that much. If anything it gives me a lot photoshop feeling (but I might be wrong).

I doubt any of those survived in any usable shape. They never struck me as very sturdy.

Given that we see Cage style uniforms on extras in TOS this has pretty much always been my attitude. Given the variety of missions that Starfleet has to do this comes as no surprise to me.
