There's a load of hatches along the spine of the battle section specifically for resupply, so a port for loading volatile ammo might make sense. Would be handy for the forward and aft launchers.

Don't torpedoes work with antimatter? I thought you couldn't transport antimatter?
I don’t know. But there have been more than a few occasions when they beam torpedoes in and out.
