That seems more in line with the deck count.

A perhaps more cynical interpretation from this religious person is, "Vulcans follow Surak about as well as my areas fundamentalists follow Christ. Loudly and with great hypocrisy."
Definitely not loudly on the Vulcans' part!

An assimilated Vulcan in Voyager also said they worked for the Vulcan High Command. I doubt they were assimilated in the 22nd Century. It's possible, but unlikely.

So it's probably Enterprise making the continuity error here, not the other shows heh.

Or maybe not, since there’s 100 years of history between the Kir’Shara arc in ENT and “The Vulcan Hello” in DSC. And we have no idea what changed Vulcan foreign policy to reinstate the Vulcan High Command; if it was the Romulan War, the Federation-Klingon Cold War or some other event.

Enterprise is innocent of any mistakes here, imo.

I will say that the vessel T’Lyn was on was clearly influenced by the D’kyr-cass vessels frequently seen in ENT. I though it was one when I first saw it.

they keep getting better. A 10 and i mean a 10. I know people want to reserve 10 for a few choice episodes out of 55 years, but Star Trek and lower decks in particular has just been really doing well lately. This was a great wrap up to a season as well, though i understand there is another episode?

Weirdly, Episode 9 felt like the finale last season and Episode 10 is the set up for next season.

I wonder how those sizes will hold up?

That's no ordinary Excelsior. It looks like one of those Star Trek Online upgrades. In the teaser you can see the neck shape is different, the windows arranged differently, pylons and nacelles differ etc. Check out the size difference between the TOS and Disco Enterprises, it could be a case of that.

Gave this one a 10 as it was near perfection.

Only criticism I have is that the reveal that Dorg was behind the Pakled aggression felt a bit tacked on. I felt that it probably could have been built up a bit more than it was during the season. Overall I feel this episode was potentially a watershed moment for the crew. They got into a space battle and didn't need rescuing and solved the mystery of the Pakled attacks, both of which are going to look great to Starfleet Command. I feel like it's the start of the Cerritos making a name for itself and becoming a ship of the line like an Enterprise or a Voyager or a Titan.

I liked it, but I couldn't help but groan every time Boimler came on the screen. He hasn't learned a damn thing in two seasons.

Why would the Cerritos need all of that stuff, though? It's just a "second contact" ship.

Second contact ships are the ones that do the brunt work. Setting up diplomatic relations/consulates, providing any assistance (food/clothing/education). First contact is "Hello. I'm from the UFP, would you like to join our club? Yes? We'll send people to take your application and throw you some bones".
