We should be able to check it out tonight.I think it is definitely worth sampling, if you don’t take your Trek too seriously.

how dare they have an opinion of their own....the very nerve.
You're allowed to have an opinion, as long as you like it.
I think it depends on the episode. Certainly there are times when junior officers get ignored, or felt brushed off.
When you’re constantly on about how young people shouldn’t be acting human, it is hard to take your opinion seriously.

Just that they're not acting in a way consistent with how we've seen people behave in the past in this franchise...
I hope so XDI do wonder if Boimler ending up naked is going to be a running gag in the show?
I mean TOS definitely felt that way at times. Certainly Trek has used turns of phrase consistent with the culture in which it was made.Just that they're not acting in a way consistent with how we've seen people behave in the past in this franchise who all managed to behave human without looking like they were plucked right out of the decade the show was made in?
Still no official word, I'm afraid. The international distribution is delayed because CBS All Access decided to debut the show two months early. So I guess it could be up to two months until it reaches Europe. Let's hope it's earlier rather than later. When is it coming to the UK?

That’s what I call “Generations”.I was out for a bit today, and my son showed the episode to his Grandma, and she loved it.
And at that point in history, there might be defectors or refugees or other immigrants openly getting through the Academy...?Got a smile on his face, so probably Romulan.
