A setup episode but a damn good one I feel. Moved very fast but I don't mind that at all. It made the situations that much more dire and in need of immediate attention! Can't wait for next week which things look like they're going to be CRAZY!!

I would not mind at all if the squid probe aliens were a one off, but it looks like there's going to be a continuation of the plot with Ariam.
I'm surprised the Ba'ul are so incurious about having a spacial time rift right next to their planet.

One of the better updated looks for a TOS species.

Why is the shuttlebay door always open?
Pike's horses are gone.

God the turbo lift shaft is so ridiculous. There is no need for all that.

I think it looks kind of cool actually. We've never seen the Turbolift from the outside before, and it looks like a convayer belt for baggage at the airport (Or at least the way Toy Story 2 (?) portrayed it.)

The only Earthship to visit the planet Talos IV was the USS Enterprise commanded by Captain Christopher Pike with Half-Vulcan Science Officer Spock.

NO ONE WILL EVER VISIT TALOS IV.

8. Pretty good. Can't wait to see Talos IV next week.

On another note: I think Leland will try to kill Georgiou.

Thoroughly enjoyed this episode--partly because I cannot wait for next week!

I agree with others that a lot happened here tonight, but I'm confident all of it will pay off in the next few episodes.

I have to acknowledge that I'm also getting TCW vibes, BUT I think it is also worth noting we still have no idea why the Red Angel--and whoever altered the probe--is doing what they are doing. (Although I did joke with a friend of mine it would be funny if all this were tied to the TCW).

Ok? As long as no one reports to star fleet command they’ll be fine.

Good thing the document was undated and anything that happens next week stays classified.

Guys they will not do the Temporal Cold War. Enterprise is super super niche among the general audience, and will do at most subtle nods to it, not borrow a major story line from it.

My line of thinking, nevertheless this gave me bad vibes.
