I was inferring a drug reference joke.Heisenberg compensators?
Ah. I thought we were comparing BS Trekscience. In that case, I respond with the time honoured line that dates the Matrix faster than flip phones:I was inferring a drug reference joke.![]()
Wow. I know people are always going to have differing opinions, but if you didn't like this episode, then I don't know what you want from this series!
From my perspective that's exactly what we are getting.A series that tells good stories and actually matches what's already been established in the Star Trek Franchise.
Missed that, what was that? Also liked nod to birth of Section 31.
I was just trying to figure that one out, too. Going to watch the episode again anyway, but I don't really remember that.Missed that, what was that?
Yeah, no overt mention of S31 in this series so far that I can tell, although it is clearly implied in nearly every aspect of life on Discovery. Only DS9 and ENT talked about it openly, IIRC. I'm sure it's coming, though.I was just trying to figure that one out, too. Going to watch the episode again anyway, but I don't really remember that.
Well, I'm not so sure they will include Section 31. Can't there be other secret military operations going on? And what makes people think it's going to be Section 31 anyway? Black badges?
