They should've put a model Gundam on the table next to it, just to see the discussions about canon that came out of that.
Paramount's Legal Team would have a field day with that.
It would have been nice if you said that when you originally posted the video instead of just posting it without context.
I do dislike the NX-01.5, but with Drexler on the Picard team an easter egg was inevitable.
You would've figured that out in the first minute if you watched the video.

That's fine, everybody does things differently.
I usually watch random videos if the video looks interesting to me from the Thumbnail or title.
Everybody operates differently.
So if the point of the video was to show that they used an Eaglemoss model of the NX-01 refit in the show, then in my judgement the best thing to do would be to take a screenshot of that and post the picture rather than have people slog through a 7 minute video without even a time stamp of the pertinent scene. Just my $0.02.
That would miss the entire discussion on the semi-canonization of the NX-01½ that Commander Cockings & Captain Foley were having.
That assumes that I have any interest at all in what those two guys on the internets have to say. And I don’t. I’d rather just see a pic of the ship.
I tuned out after the first few seconds of the video since I didn't know where it was going. I agree that some context or a quick, TL;DW line would've been very appreciated.
I guess I must have the patience of a saint for not clicking away on internet videos if they don't get to the point right away.

Agreed. Plus, anything with the Trekyards label on is worth staying away from.

It appears to the be the Polar Lights version, which can be built as either NX or NX refit.
The model seen on screen is mostly NX refit but includes the warp field governor from the NX.
It's nice to see that model kits are still being used in new Trek productions, albeit not as filming models.
