I think I caught the series premier, I don't know. Maybe it wasn't. But I tried watching it, I tried. Voices sounded okay but the animation and the general premise of the show was -- bad. Really bad. I don't know what they are trying to do with this show. I guess since Spaceballs riffed on a lot of other TV shows and movies, they are expanding it to all media venues? Who knows, but it wasn't good.

Consensus then was that it was pretty awful.

Animation is bad (and is Dark Helmet that short?). The storylines are -- different and it's hard to get a feel for what they are doing.

Voices are fine though. I thought for a second they got John Candy back

I haven't watched it but I can tell it sucks. Dark helmet looks like something out of Family Guy's SW parody than Spaceballs

G4 is a channel on TimeWarnerCable and I guess other cable services too, but I don't get it unless I pay more. I would have to pay extra to get Boomerang, NickToons, G4, and a few others.

They might have it on Cutting Edge on Demand and I think G4 might have its own OnDemand channel.
