He's got plans. Probably playing the pirates, the kids and everyone else.He likely doesn't want his fellow pirates to know about his Force abilities so he can use them as an ace up his sleeve, such as when he escaped the cell.
1st Order? Would sortaish explain how they financed the Exegol operation. He's got plans. Probably playing the pirates, the kids and everyone else.
Very glad that they didn't make Jod a "scoundrel with a heart of gold" type who turned out to be okay after all.
He's a huge tool and the show is all the better for it.
Can't wait for the finale!
Really? That just makes more dull in my opinion. Very one dimensionalVery glad that they didn't make Jod a "scoundrel with a heart of gold" type who turned out to be okay after all.

I've had the same thought since at least the visit to At Achrann. But I'm still going back and forth about whether the Supervisor is Rennod or anyone else we would know (within the show or out).I just had a thought. What if the supervisor, whoever/whatever it is, was fully aware of the fall of the Republic, the Empire, the rebellion, the return of the Jedi, all that? Jod would be totally called out.
Rey Palpatine.The supervisor is Palpatine.
....a trio of women, you say?The Nth Doctor said:For those who have deeper knowledge of Star Wars lore, any thoughts on the etchings in the conference room of the trio of women?
It makes him not an overused, cliche trope. And therefore much less dull.Really? That just makes more dull in my opinion. Very one dimensional
He does have a little more "than this." He was helpful and empathetic to the kids. He actually rescued them on more than one occasion. He has an intriguing, mysterious backstory (force sensitive, force powers) and a host of aliases, allies and frenemies. He's charming and clever. But, at the end of the day, he's also all about the credits. He's a villain, but he's a very dimensional one.I don’t expect him to be heroic or anything. Just have a little more than this.
