Wesley Crusher, Jake Sisko, Naomi Wildman, Robin Lefler and No. 1 the dog travelling the Federation in a small cargo ship solving murders.
Cattle Lines, The Cattle at the Binary Stars, Let That Be Your Last Cattlefield, Nor the Cattle to the Strong...Star Trek: Farmers. Finally, the show about life on the frontier farming local crops, weathering storms, and no guarantee that Starfleet will be there to safe your ass, or cow, or whatever livestock you have.
There already was one nobody asked for. It was called Star Trek: Discovery.
This isn't a slam against the series, but nobody here was asking for a series focusing on Spock's previously unheard of human adopted sister. Several years ago, there were more people here wishing for ENT to continue, IIRC...
True. Should have focused on Star Trek: The Four Year War.There already was one nobody asked for. It was called Star Trek: Discovery.

Clearly the time has come to give Chief Engineer Argyle his own show. But recast as a black woman as a reflection of these woke times we live in.
DSC feels very much like trying to build upon what fans were showing that they wanted (TOS era, Klingon war, darker themes) and applying their own artistic vision upon it, including Fuller's change for the sake of change. It's a very interesting mashup that suffered due to the change in leadership.DSC feels more like what a lot of people asked for, but with one compromise after another after another, some of which were rolled back by Season 2. I’m sure many wanted to see Kirk and Spock but couldn’t due to active Kelvin films (in 2016) or simply Fuller’s insistence on something different, hence the clunky solution of wedging in Burnham as Sarek’s ward. And then there were unauthorized projects such as Axanar looking to cover that period, but do you go for the original look or something more like the Kelvin films, plus whatever redesign felt interesting to Fuller? Another compromise.
