Paramount+ is global and itself in a majority of the other markets.
The only real licensing deals they did for outside the U.S. were:
The new slate of Star Trek series to
SYFY Canada (although they now have P+ in Canada too - so Canadians can go either route.
DiscoveryNetflix up until S4 when P+ used the buyout clause to end that deal so they could stream Discovery on their new \Worldwide outlets (they did screw the pooch on that and ended up streaming the 4th season free on Pluto TV or other outlets in many areas because they were still readying their infrastructure in some countries.
Picard licensed to Amazon Prime outside the U.S. - and with the series ending after S3 because 3 seasons was all Patrick Stewart agreed to; they did feel it worth it to buy S3 out from Amazon.
But yeah, P+ (and Pluto TV) are both available in many other streaming markets worldwide atm.
