This is so sad to hear. I met him at a con in 2010. He was very nice. This is such a sad week for Star Trek fans. Avengers: Doomsday will hit differently now.

[DarthPipes]

Damn. Just damn. This one is a tough one.

RIP, Sir Patrick...

[Akiraprise]

Oh, no. Just started seeing the news hitting the feeds. 2026 can stop taking our Trek folks now. Dang. RIP Sir. You left an indelible mark on my childhood.

[CRM-114]

I just saw this out of the corner of my eye on my local news. I was shocked to hear it.

[Rincewiend]

Damn...

[Skywalker]

God, this one really hurts.

[Jax]

For me he is the captain of all the captains!

See you...

Out there!

Mr Stewart.

[F. King Daniel]

Out of the blue. Thought he'd live forever. A true legend.

[John Clark]

RIP. Seen him in many things over the years. Wasn't expecting this

[SithHappens]

Damn, im so sad

Gutted!

My heart goes out to the TNG cast, as they were so close. Marina had posted a video on IG just after Walter Koenig's death & she was devastated.

Lewy Body hits hard and fast. Crap this sucks, really really sucks

[Orac Zen]

Crap.

Requiescat in pace.

[SithHappens]

Yep, so gutted by this

Such sad news. My love of Star Trek properly began when my Dad used to rent the early video releases of TNG back in the day and Stewart's Picard played a massive part in why I loved the series.

He was also of of our greatest stage actors. I was lucky enough to see his extraordinary Macbeth among other great roles.

[Dick Whitman]

Wondered why he had not appeared on Brent and Jonathan’s Podcast yet. As close as the cast is, probably knew some of his health condition for awhile.
I am in shock. As a teen in the 90s he was Star Trek to me. In many ways always will be.

My friend who got me in to Star Trek texted me as I was leaving work. This one hits hard. And so soon after we lost Walter. Just a devastating week for Star Trek fans.
