I know Star Wars and Star Trek fans go way overboard with the nitpicking, continuity porn and getting hung up on minutia, but how do soap opera viewers deal with a show where literally everything they see on the show can be ignored or retconned on a whim? Character is in an accident, has a lengthy farewell monologue to his loved one, dies and is an organ donor, still returns from the dead with no real explanation. Short, quirky character played by a charismatic actor is recast with a tall actor who has muscles but no range, doesn't matter how much you say it's the same character, it's not.

You would have loved the old TV show called SOAP. It did all that and more, and ran for a few seasons.

At a certain time in history, it was typical for upper class women to be dressed by (female) servants. The buttons were reversed to make their job easier. Another tradition that made sense long ago, and not so much now.

Close the bathroom door while showering. Open it only long enough to leave the bathroom afterward. And run the exhaust fan.

yes indeed, that was Ghost07. @auntiehill is in more frequent contact with her and reports that her Christmas mail arrived after Easter. To test whether the fault lies with USPS or the nursing home staff I sent a letter as registered mail with a receipt of delivery. It arrived in Syracuse, 55 miles away from Ghostie, 10 days ago and apparently got lost on this last league of its travel:

My favorite is when a child is born and is seen once or twice and suddenly it is a teenager. My aunt loved to watch "her stories" and you didn't visit her or call her at those times.
