Yeah, but if you can say that we shouldn’t be questioning any of this!.
Did I? I don't remember that.

Oh, and just to nip this one in the bud (this ALWAYS comes up when people start talking about BTTF):
When Marty is in 1885 and the deLorean is hit with an arrow (causing all the fuel to leak out), stop asking why he doesn't use the gas from the version that is buried in the mine. That version of the deLorean won't HAVE any gas in it - Doc, as an experienced car owner, knows that you have to drain out all the fluids (including gasoline) before storing a car for a long period of time.
Hell, I have to do the same thing to my lawn mower every winter - if I leave any gas in the tank, it will rot and seriously damage the engine. And that's just for storing it for a few months.
But if he did that, he wouldn’t have needed to use the train. Trains are cool.On the other hand, it's rather puzzling that the Doc doesn't have enough ingenuity (he makes superpowered logs for ef sakes!) to mix a couple of liters of combustible to give it the same detonating power as gasoline! All you need is for the DeLorean to run long enough to get to the ideal speed! Instead, he stupidly puts alcohol in it that's so powerful that it destroys the carburetor! I mean, please! Use your brain, doc!

Blegh. I can't stand most breakfast foods. I'd much rather eat dinner leftovers for breakfast than most things people normally eat...
^ We are the box, anything outside of it will be assimilated. Resistance is futile!
Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day. Give me an absolutely enormous breakfast with bacon, eggs, french toast, grits, sausage, toast, etc., and I'm in heaven...
...
Ha. I had just eaten a bowl of oatmeal prior to typing that too... I'm not a huge fan of eggs/bacon/etc. except for once in a great while, but I do like egg and cheese sandwiches on occasion. It's sugar or anything that even tastes sweet that turns my stomach first thing in the morning. Just drinking coffee with cream right at the moment, which is doing the trick.I hear that. Breakfast food is coarse and simple, while dinner food is refined and elaborate. The thing is that when people wake up their palates remain asleep for several hours, so that's why it makes very little difference what you eat at that time of the day. I usually just drink black coffee and two or three slices of (locally made) bread with (homemade) Jam. But none of this cereal crap, or other oatmeal, you don't know what they put in it.
It can indeed be tough to deal with if goodwill is given for the wrong reason. There's a kind of goodwill, insisting, invasive, imposing that is sometimes worse than indifference, nay detestation.
