The Prometheus bridge was just a redress of the Excelsior bridge, which was a cheap and simplified replica of the original from Star Trek VI. It was made in a two-week rush for Flashback, because it was the 30th-anniversary special and half the episode took place on it, as opposed to Riker appearing for a single 3-minute video call on Picard's screen. And they redressed it yet again for Equinox.
Even redressing the Discovery bridge was more than what Star Trek usually did for viewscreen-only appearances. If this were the Berman era, Riker would've spoken sitting in an office store chair before a piece of plywood painted beige with a backlit Federation logo on it. Maybe a single static LCARS display if they felt generous.
