It's a lovely colour! Though I love black, too. I've always wanted naturally black hair.:p

Oh yeah, with boxed colours like that I never had to bleach. I did mine a pretty decently-bright red a couple years back. I liked it, but felt black looked better on me so I went back to black.

A tad too bright for my liking!

HOT!

Well that makes more sense. I guess I've been watching to much Walking Dead!

Here are some snaps from our trip the Sherwood Fair:
(lots of awesome images go here)

Looks like fun! I've always wanted to go to something like that. People around here are nowhere near cool enough, though.

If it didn't make me look like a complete nut, I'd dress in renaissance clothing all the time.:D

Renaissance Faires get a lot of flak from some people, but they're really no better or worse than a lot of sci-fi/fantasy conventions or going to, say, San Diego Comic-Con. Lots of cosplayers, merchandise and food stands and chances to meet a lot of people who are into the same geeky stuff you are. And I imagine RenFaires can be a lot more affordable to attend than some high-end sci-fi/fantasy cons and shows.

^ I like going to see the performers. We saw a GREAT juggler at Sherwood---Paolo Garbanzo. He was hilarious! At Ren Faire, there was a wonderful performer called Arsene Dupin---he was fantastic; he's a clown/mime/juggler/magician--sort of a very grumpy Charlie Chapin. There's also lots of great bands and musicians like Tartanic.

There's also acts that have been at Texas Ren Faire for YEARS, like Ded Bob. He's been on the circuit for ages.
