Picard Season 3 Teaser Trailer

we'll find out in 4.5 hours

I doubt it based on how close we are to the last one. I'm betting attendees will get an exclusive clip/scene.

Terry Matals hinted yesterday on twitter we'll get some major Picard news during the panel and it sounds like we'll get a new Season 3 trailer to watch.

I have so many questions I don't even know where to start.
Whatdafuq did I just see?

Who is playing the villain? I didn't recognize her.

I'm pretty mixed on the trailer. To me, it just feels like the series has become what they initially said it wasn't going to be, which was TNG 2.0. I know it's a trailer, but, it's just a rollout of all the greatest hits; complete nostalgia overload.

Now, yes, I know. I could be 1000% wrong and I hope I am. But I really enjoyed the first season of the show and was hoping it would continue to build on that.

Looks like Peanut Hamper is going to have more company at the Daystrom Institute soon.

There is so much to unpack from this trailer I need to call in some professional movers.

Ah. It's Sneer McSneerface from Alpha Sneerti! Yes. Everything is clear now...

Today is a good day to die.

Who.jpg

Take a look. It's in a book. Who did write her into this? Oh God, is this a malfunctioning holodeck/ship/suite story???

Demolition.jpg

More Starfleet demolition porn. Is that Cochrane's statue?

Lore.jpg

"That was a particularly long walk back to America from your chateau, Picard. Most of it underwater. But I can hold my breath for a very long time."

I was disappointed to see yet another evil pointy ship with a villain after VENGEANCE. Hope they do the characters proud.

Does anyone else think this shot from the trailer

Would have been 100x better if there was a window on the bridge and you could see everyone inside?

What does canon say... Are windows on bridges common for this era? If not, windows on them may have been a fad of the past.., except in the Abramsverse.

If either is fair game, I choose no for the reason they were not common in TNG. Oh no, the canon bug bit me! lol
