I'm not a comic book guy but do they go deeper into the Leda clones? If there was a show that was ripe for a prequel series it's this one, mainly to see more Beth.
The first miniseries (five issues, already collected) is a spotlight on each of the main clones, adding some small bits of background. The first issue is about Sarah retelling most of the first season, with some tidbits from Beth's POV. Then you have issues focusing on Helena (one of the best, it had Pupok before it appeared on TV, shows some of Helena's training, etc), Alison (shows Alison & Donnie's college days and that couple's retreat mentioned in a past season), Cosima (her time in California, and there is some Beth in there too) & Rachel.
The second mini (also five issues, two of them released so far), is about an entire different group of clones (the ones involved in the Helsinki incident), with the lead one being Veera Suominen, a home-schooled clone with social anxiety issues.
