Maybe. But the scenario isn't entirely rosy for the Founders if they did follow Odo. It's precarious at best. Let's say they decided to stop producing Jem'Hadar (while letting all the current Jem'Hadar live out their lives peacefully). Within no time, the Founders would be facing the combined vengeance of all the species they'd oppressed over centuries and millennia.
Just think about the fact that the Founders faced 3 separate attempts at genocide against them during the time we saw them. 2 of those attempts were made by people whom the Founders had never even oppressed. (the Cardassian/Romulan fleet, and Garak's attempt at assuming control of the Defiant's weapons to incinerate the Founders' new homeworld)
In the Alpha Quadrant, the female changeling faced justice for the war, but what about all the Founders in the Gamma Quadrant and their role in oppressing billions? Are they supposed to be forgiven just because Odo's helped them turn the page? Facing that threat, maybe they would indeed reverse any influence Odo had - or have to face justice - or go on the run as a collective group of changeling refugees.
