I assumed that they were the construction towers that help the Iowa Starship Construction Union do their thing. I hear there are ugly battles betwen them and the Sanfrancisco Navy Yards, Calif.

Now lets get one thing straight. I've been a member in good standing of the starshipwrights and starship laborers union for fifteen years. Before this board goes nuts lets just remember, those SanFran guys are filthy scabs who come here from Rigel VII to take our jobs. Most of them aren't even fed citizens. So before you go critisizing the union just remember who it is that keeps this planet from being overrun by Rigelians.
