Neelix is indeed annoying! How did I forget him?

The one where he had his lungs stolen by those aliens was good though!

I guffawed all the way through it.

You beat me to it! I was a kid when I watched and I couldn't understand why they didn't just shove him out the airlock!

Very close second. What was George thinking?!

    Going Super Diclonius 4...
Actually, to hear the late Jonathan Harris tell it, Smith became annoying rather than devious because he could not see any other fate for the master spy than banishment, and he wanted a paycheck.

I can't stand whiny, pathetic characters, especially when an entire show is based around them.

    Ally McBeal

    Felicity from the eponymous show

    Ray from "Everybody Loves Raymond"

    From SF shows:

    Cally from BSG

Neelix from Voyager (though he was OK when he had a serious centric episode)

    Rom from DS9

    Wesley from TNG

Chekov, Rand and Chapel from TOS...but most of all, Harry Mudd :klingon:

Hiro from Heroes after season 1

Kate from Lost (Jack can be very annoying, too)

and pretty much every uber-geeky, uber-silly comic relief character (Neelix and Rom really belong here, too):

    Xander from Buffy

    Joxer from Xena

that guy on Alias, what's his name... Marshall?

edit: and of course, Horatio Caine! How could I forget him!

oh and BTW... RDM's Battlestar Galactica rocks (even if Cally did annoy me... she was still a well written character).

Kara "Starbuck" Thrace is awesome. So is Helo. :techman: :nyah: :nyah:

Who the frak cares? OldBSG was a lame show that destroyed a good premise, it should be happy that its name has been used for a great show that fulfilled the potential of the premise. To quote Harlan Ellison's words to Ron Moore: "You took the worst SF show of all time and turned it into one of the best SF shows of all time." :techman:

Well, this is certainly a compelling reason why oldBSG should be considered a quality show! :rommie:

I was about 5 when I first watched oldBSG. It was a nice show to watch on weekend mornings with your mom, when you're 5 year old. And I remember Dirk Benedict's Starbuck was one of my first crushes. But that doesn't make it a good show for an adult audience.

David Tennant was great as Tenth Doctor. Christopher Eccleston was brilliant as Ninth Doctor - as he has been brilliant in everything. :adore: :techman:
    I liked Isabelle!!

    Your loss.

    Another vote for Byron here.

I'm also no fan of Riley from "Buffy", but no way that character could be more annoying than Byron.

In addition to my earlier list, I'd like to add:

    George O'Malley - Grey's Anatomy

I HATE that character. Glad he's dead. :p
