^ Am I the only one that didn't watch 'Helstrom' and totally forgot it ever existed until just right now? I think that should probably it at the bottom of any list, no? Ouch, and that'd be under 'Inhumans' too!

...If you haven't seen it, how can you say? Putting something below Inhumans sight unseen is bold...

Personally I would have cheated Monica into it too, just by running the footage of her bliping back in reverse. I mean she was alone and asleep, so it should technically look the same it either direction. ;)

I actually had the same thought.

The point I was making is that until that post, I'd forgotten it existed and do not recall anyone so much as mentioning it since it came out. When it comes to any kind of artform, being reviled for being naff will always be preferable to being utterly forgettable and disappearing without a trace. So yeah, as crap as Inhumans was, at least I remembered it ever existed.

BP2 delayed again. Lupita Nyong'o tested positive for corona. Hope it's mild case for her.
And right after the anti-vaxxer is back on set? What an astonishing coincidence . . .

Actually, it would be. I would assume that the production had COvid protocols, which should include testing, and i would think some isolation between tetsing and production (i.e. a hotel room), so things should be fairly safe.

And if you actually follow the science, you would know that vaccinated people CAN and MOST DEFINITELY can get Covid, especially the Omicron variant.

And despite my Democratic President, Governor and Mayor INSISTING that shcool is one of the SAFEST places to be, our teenage daughter still got Covid, and was seriously sick (not to the point of hospitalization, that many have). ANd this was after our WHOLE household got the vaccine. (The rest of us were negative on testing).

Can can you give men something thatis substantiated that proves Letitia Wright is unvaccinated? Here on the south side of Chicago, many of my African AMerican friends have had various levels of doubt and concern (even those who HAVE been vaccinated).

So what grcery store had the sale on Haterade this week???

Now I don't know if you can get around this if you're well connected but I believe non-citizens do need to be vaccinated to enter the US so if she's working here it would suggest that she is.

Just curious, does being African American raise the levels of doubt and concern over other who are not? I can understand why that might be from a historical perspective.

i appreciate that insight, and how that might affect Rerevend irreverent insinuations.

Also, could you elaborate/rephrase the question? I don't think i understand it...

I'm starting to think Wakanda Forever is just cursed, first Chadwick Boseman dies, then Letitia Wright gets hurt, and now this.

I haven't seen Hellstrom either, but I haven't had Hulu since it was released either. I might check it out the next time I hook up with Hulu.

I haven't seen it either and have no interest in it. I also haven't watched Inhumans, The Runaways (I keep meaning to especially since I love Brian K. Vaughan's work)...and the second season of Punisher (I just can't bring myself to care, but that's more commentary on the character than Netflix).
I've seen all of the Marvel movies, but I still haven't seen all of shows. I have seen everything but the second season of Luke Cage, all of Iron Fist, all of Punisher, all of Cloak & Dagger, Helstrom, Hit Monkey, and the third season of Runaways.

Correction; I have just now seen all of Runaways (turns out I only had two episodes left to go.) No change in my opinion about it as a whole. An OK show and I liked most of the characters, it just felt a little cheap and cheesier than it needed to be. Also, the parents should have been gone by the end of that first arc. They literally murdered homeless people for personal profit for years. You really shouldn't get to have sympathetic redemption stories after that.

I can't say I agree. There are massive amounts of middling forgettable things I'd watch before something truly awful.

Was Hit Monkey supposed to be in the MCU?

Not sure, I was just counting it because it's a Marvel show that's come out in the last few years.
Oh, and I forgot I've only seen the first episode of M.O.D.O.K., and if I haven't seen any of the Disney XD animated series.

Man, all this talk the last few pages has reminded me of Runaways. Awful, awful show. Just completely missed the point by being more about the parents than the kids. A complete waste of some great newer characters.

But how can you want to watch something if you don't remember it exists? Seriously, name one thing you can't remember. Go on. I'll wait.

Eh. It's not my favourite, but it was watchable enough. Nico was reasonably well realised and IIRC she was my favourite from the comic.
Though I agree the parents got WAY too much focus and the tone could have been a lot darker and a lot weirder. Early on at least it had some visual flare, but by the third season it all felt so bland.

My biggest problem with the second season of The Punisher was that the supporting cast all returned. I think the show would have fit the character better if it had been an entirely new story. It didn't help that The Punisher was also the only Netflix show that had cast I just couldn't bring myself to like.

I had a bigger problem with season 2. Season 1 was bearable because it managed to avoid glorifying and celebrating the Punisher's violence, instead portraying it as a profound character flaw, a manifestation of his trauma that he had to leave behind at the end to have a chance at healing himself. But season 2 tossed all that out and did glorify the violence. The whole season was a gratuitous exercise in tearing down Castle's character growth in season 1 just so he could be forced back into his standard mode for purely commercial reasons. It pandered to the worst aspects of Punisher fandom in a way that season 1 managed to avoid doing. It's the one season of Netflix Marvel I wish I'd never watched, and that includes Iron Fist season 1 (which at least has Colleen Wing going for it).

Where cast is concerned, I still regret that Floriana Lima left her role as Maggie Sawyer in Supergirl to take role in The Punisher season 2, because her character there wasn't nearly as worthwhile or as well-served by the scripts as Maggie, so it wasn't worth the way her departure forced Supergirl to artificially break up what had been a happy couple heading for marriage.

It's One-Shot day!

"The Consultant", "A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to Thor's Hammer", "Item 47", and "Agent Carter" have joined "All Hail the King" on Disney Plus. That makes all of the One-Shots except for "Peter's To-Do List" from Far From Home.

Also available are the "Team Thor" shorts, although they obviously are not intended to be canon. All that's left at this point are the WHiH Newsbreak programs that they produced to promote Civil War and Ant-Man.

ETA: starting with Item 47 they all have mid credit scenes.
