With that in mind, it'll be the first show that'll where the film is leading into the show and not the other way as already seen with the last three shows.
I found the ending of WandaVision a little disappointing when I realized the whole series had basically just been about moving pieces into place for the next thing.
To each their own. I felt the show concluded satisfactorily for Wanda's story (at the moment) while setting up for The Multiverse of Madness.
In the comics, it was black/blue. So blonde is way out there for me, in terms of character origins AND even the actress they have. She originally wasn't a cyborg either (I never knew her as one from my cosmic reading days until the movie, actually)
Yeah, I figured that was the case. All I knew of Nebula before the films was "The Infinity Gauntlet" and Marcel trading cards.
I only said red for Karen's sake.
It happened a little later, maybe during Infinity Watch. Basically, she's left near dead and has to be rebuilt.
I kind of took it for granted that you'd need to watch Captain America: The First Avenger first if you were doing a Chronological Watch of the MCU, but then I got reminded that the film actually starts with a present-day scene and then flashes back to the 40s, which means that it really shouldn't be the first movie chronologically; the 90s-set Captain Marvel should actually get that distinction, although I've not seen anyone else recognizing that fact.
If you want to be accurate, you need to watch the 1940s parts first and then the modern day stuff right before The Avengers. You also need to watch Dr. Strange in small increments spread throughout the other MCU films. And remember the Ant Man flashbacks that need to be watched before Captain Marvel--for that matter, the opening sequence to Black Widow should be watched just before or after watching Captain Marvel. The MCU needs to hire Snyder to do an ultra extended cut for sure.
Flashbacks from all 3 Thor movies before anything else.

Prologues that are clearly flashbacks are different from what actually happens with Cap 1 because that movie is one giant flashback and, if you actually think about it, therefore doesn't truly work narratively if you move it away from where it was released.
Realizing that Cap 1 doesn't actually work as the first installment in a Chronological Watch of the MCU has got me reevaluating whether or not the DCEU's Wonder Woman actually works as the first installment in a Chronological Watch of that series, and I'm starting to change my mind there as well (but that's a topic for elsewhere).
Based on Cap 1 being an extended flashback (and ignoring all credits stings), this is what I now think makes the most sense as a Chronological Watch for the MCU movies (ignoring the TV series):

When it comes to this kind of stuff, I usually just go with wherever the majority of the movie takes place. So even though they are technically later in the timeline, I'd do Capt. America and Wonder Woman first in a chronological rewatch.
There's also the '90s and '70s flasbacks in the first Guardians of the Galaxy movies.
Part of the beauty of Star Wars is that you can watch it in pretty much any order and it really doesn't matter all that much. Indeed knowing how Lucas thinks, I suspect that was by design as a more subtle allusion to the old serials that inspired most of the initial conception.
For a first watch, yes. When I do a rewatch and include Clone Wars, Rebels and the others I go chronological.
I like "Machete Order" -- 4, 5, 1 (optionally), 2, 3, 6. You get the big revelation about Vader at the end of Empire, then the prequels are an extended flashback contextualizing it before the climax. (Although I skipped TPM altogether when I tried it, and it worked fine. It really doesn't contain anything essential to the rest of the films, although the Maul stuff has plenty of payoff on TV.)
Forgot the Winter Soldier flashbacks. Those could be changed to slow motion silent scenes with slow, inspiational music playing ironically in the background.
