Star Trek Picard "Et In Arcadia Ego" parts 1 and 2

For some reason, I found the conclusion to PIC to be substantially more entertaining upon rewatch than I did on my initial viewing. I didn't hate it initially, but I remember feeling let down. Maybe watching it more binge-style (and with an altered set of expectations) affected how I received it this time.

TNG: "The Measure of a Man"

Timely that I reached that one since I just finished watching Picard. Though I kind of wished they asked Brian Brophy to return in the role (a minor nitpick, but I think I would have liked to see him return)

TOS "SpaceSeed"
Man, I forgot how powerful an actor Ricardo Montalbon is in that episode!! He plays superior and egotistical well!

I got my boy (age 12) to finally start watching TOS-R with me. Glad to say, he's really enjoying it. So far, he's watched "Arena", "Court Martial", "Return of the Archons" and now "Space Seed".

He doesn't remember 'Wrath of Khan', so that's coming next....

An interesting side note on "Space Seed": The stardate is 3141.9, and was aired Feb 16, 1967. It takes place "two centuries" after 1996. By the modified Julian calander, 12-3141.9 is January 10th, 2196 - two centuries after 1996.....

Watched "A Taste of Armageddon" with the boy last night.
Another great episode I hadn't seen that often. The Boy called it within the first few minutes "Their playing Battleship instead of real war!!"
He also laughed at the Battleship game reference when the Eminar VII security reports came in saying Kirk & Co. were seen in hallways A-4 and F-7....
