TNG? A few episodes here and there. I'm more about DS9 and TOS, with some Discovery and Strange New Worlds more recently.

How many people adopted as babies into a very different culinary culture from their birthplace have you known?

Well,, if you'd watched TNG, you'd know Worf was 5 when he was adopted, not a "baby". And old enough to have developed food preferences.

Or they might have chosen to stay, if they would have considered it a dishonor to turn their backs on loyal customers. The restaurant staff were probably civilians, anyway.

I loved that owner/chef at the Klingon restaurant. Someone could make hilarious YouTube vids playing him making exquisite Klingon dishes...
